We recently had the opportunity to visit the Raleigh – Durham area, and we loved it! As you say, it is definitely the place for nature lovers. The Hemlock Bluffs Nature Preserve, the William B. Umstead State Park, and Lake Johnson are all great places to spend time hiking and connecting with nature. We also really liked the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences, Pullen Park, and the Aloha Safari Park. Looking forward to our next trip to NC!
