What signs of growth are you seeing in yourself? Let me know in the comments!

The approaching full moon in March is called the Worm moon, crow comes back moon, sap moon, sugar moon and many others, depending on the cultural area of where you are or who is speaking. They all have one thing in common. They all have to do with signs of the end of winter and hope of what Spring has in store.

New beginnings are a time for celebration. Seeds mush be watered in order to sprout. The earth works hard below the soil to allow a seedling to push it’s way though the dirt.

Growth isn’t an easy process. It can be dirty, painful, dark and lonely.

Eventually there is a breakthrough. Buds peek through, blossoms unfold, beauty abounds.

You are growing too. If it feels difficult, this is the perfect time to remember that you also will bloom. Allow yourself time to push through the soil. You will make it. Spring is ahead!

Take at least 5 minutes of meditation today to acknowledge signs of your growth and the promise of blossoms. It’s important to be grateful and appreciate every stage of your growth. Also think about 3 things you can do today to nurture and water that growth.

If you haven’t already signed up, we’re having a Full moon fire ceremony this weekend on Saturday the 19th to celebrate and cultivate this growth. I’d love to see you there. There’s no fee to attend. You can sign up to get the details here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/293930432837
